This new old stock steering knuckle upper control arm special rear shim ( package of two) was manufactured  for use on the following General Motors models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1960-1962 Series 30 except D-D,

Chevrolet Truck 1960-1962 Series 40

1/32 thick   17/32″ wide at slot
