This new old stock floor shift lever was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:
Oldsmobile 1964 All with H.T.
Oldsmobile 1965-1966 5400 StarFire with T.H. Floor Shift
This floor shift lever ( see images ) has served Oldsmobile owners well for years but had one serious weakness in that the thin ears at the top of the shift lever could  shear off on occasion do to an over twisting of the gearshift lever handle or knob.
