This new old stock instrument panel speedometer repair package was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

We do not have the 1977 Oldsmobile D.T.B. 77-T-3 in our library so we do not know exactly what issue with the speedomeder head this kit addresses but it is all there with instructions less about 20 inches of 1/4″ wide foam tape.
