Shipping and Insurance:
Paypal – We will only ship parts to a Paypal confirmed address.
Credit Card Purchases – We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for the transaction.
Email us for an insurance quote before you purchase an item.
Please note: Buyer assumes all risk of shipping without insurance.
Damage or loss in transit is not the responsibility of Oldsobsolete.
We provide Delivery Confirmation on US orders.
Foreign Orders:
All fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

On International orders if we are unable to provide Tracking due to U.S. treaty we reserve the right to refund orders
All purchases that show a shipping address into Russia will be promptly refunded. We do not and will not ship to Russia or any other Eastern Block country formally a part of the U.S.S.R. NO EXCEPTIONS !
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

C.O.D: We do not ship C.O.D.
Payment:
We offer both Paypal and can also process Major Credit Cards on line. We will only ship to a Paypal confirmed address that they have on file for you or to the credit card billing address. For those who need to make payment by personal check or money order we will under no circumstance ship an item until your check has cleared which adds at least a 10 day delay in the shipment of your order.
Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with an item send it back in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. This does not include electrical. Electrical sales are final. If an item is damaged, altered or scratched it will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. There is a 30% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs. Contact Oldsmobile Obsolete before returning an item for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be placed on the package above the return address. Any package returned without the Return Authorization Number will be refused. Parts that are damaged during a return are the sole responsibility of the shipper and should be well packaged and insured.
Non Refundable and Non Returnable: All electrical sales are final. Items that have been installed, damaged or altered in any way or that are not in their original condition are not subject for return. Any part held over 14 days is not returnable.
Please Note:
New Old Stock (NOS) is just that, new unused original stock that has been on the shelf 20, 40, even up to 80 years. Some items show shelf wear or scuff marks due to movement in the box over time. We strive to show quality pictures and descriptions of the items that we sell.
