1959 – 1967 Cadillac NOS Heater Blower Resistor Package GM # 1486203

This new old stock heater blower motor resistor was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Cadillac  1959-1965   All Series 75 with factory air conditioning,

Cadillac  1965-1966  All models (except Series 75) without factory A/C,

Cadillac  1967  All models (except Eldorado and Series 75) without factory A/C.

This is the resistor for the evaporator blower motor on 1959-1965 Series 75 cars WITH factory air conditioning and the resistor for the heater blower motor on the above referenced 1965-1967 Cadillac models WITHOUT factory A/C. This kit contains blower resistor part #1472319 along with a wiring harness to become GM kit part #1486203. The wiring harness was added due to melting/heat damage to the harness (that connects to the blower resistor) that was occurring from age and use. The kit with the added harness became Cadillac part #1486203. The kit also includes the bolt for mounting the resistor.
