This new old stock  universal joint slip yoke was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Cadillac 1964  Series 60, 62 except 6229, 39, 57,

Cadillac 1964 – 1965  Series  75.

This yoke fits on end of transmission main shaft  TURBO-HYDRO
