This new old stock clutch release fork was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1940 – 1955  Passenger,

Chevrolet  Pickup 1947 – 1955 COMM, Utility (1st series),

Chevrolet  Pickup 1955 – 1959 Series 3 (2nd series),

Chevrolet  Pickup 1960 – 1962 Series 20-30 D-D,

Chevrolet Truck 1955 All with 6-cylinder,

Chevrolet Truck 1955 – 1959  All with 8-cylinder except 322, 438,

Chevrolet Truck 1955 – 1959 All with 261.
