This new old stock drilled engine cylinder head bolt was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1955-1959 Pass with 6-cylinder

Chevrolet Pickup 1955-1959 with 6-cylinder

1/2″ – 13  X 4-1/2″

Parts catalog note: Required when any 1959 6-cylinder block or short motor is installed in any 1955-1958 model ( Reduces full pressure oiling to restricted flow)
