This new old stock transmission shift tube shift lever spacer was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1965 Special, Skylark (30-4000) with column shift 3-speed S.T –  between 1st and reverse and 2nd and 3rd shift levers,

Buick 1966 Special, Skylark (30-4000) with 3-speed S.T.

Chevrolet 1958 – 1964 Passenger with 3-speed,Chevrolet Pickup 1960 – 1972 All Blazer with 3-speed,

Chevrolet 1965 – 1967 Chevelle with 3-speed column shift.

Chevrolet Pickup 1967 – 1969 G-10-20 with 3-speed,

Chevrolet Pickup 1973 – 1974 GP-1, 2, 3 with 3-speed,

Chevrolet Pickup 1975 – 1978 All Blazer with 3-speed,

Chevrolet Pickup 1979 – 1980 G-1, 2, 3 with 3-speed (MC1, M15),

Chevrolet Pickup 1979 – 1980 P-1, 2 with 3-speed (MC1, M15),

Chevrolet Pickup 1981 G-1, 2, 3 with 3-speed (MC1, M62, M63, M64),
