This new old stock  1-button power window switch escutcheon was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1958  75-750 – rear window,

Buick 1959 – 1960 All except 4411 – rear window,

Buick 1959 All- front window.

Chevrolet 1958 – 1960 Passenger – front door and quarter window,

Chevrolet 1959 – 1962 Bel Air, Impala /15-16-17-18 with electric windows – tailgate window switch .

Oldsmobile  1960 3 seat Station Wagon – tailgate window switch. 

Pontiac 1958-1963 All

Pontiac 1964  20, 21, 22
