Buick 1964 All  with 4-way seats except 4700 – front seat adjuster jackscrew,

Buick 1965-1972 Special, Special Deluxe, Skylark, Skylark Custom (30-4000) with 4-way seats -seat adjuster jackscrew,

Buick  1966 All with 4-way bucket seats (1st type) except 9000- drivers outer adjuster,

Cadillac 1963-1966 with electric 4-way bucket seats – left hand bucket seat (1st type 1966)
