This new old stock rear axle shaft horse shoe type lock was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1976 – 1977 Century, Regal, LeSabre, Electra, Riviera  (A, B, C, E) with 8.875″ diameter ring gear,

Buick 1978 – 1980  LeSabre, Electra (B, C) with 8-3/4″ diameter ring gear,

Buick 1981 LeSabre (B) with 8.875 diameter ring gear,

Buick 1982 – 1983 Electra (C),

Buick 1982 – 1987 Regal (G),

Buick 1982 – 1990 LeSabre (B),

Buick 1984 Electra except Station Wagon (D),

Cadillac 1977 – 1980 Fleetwood All, Coupe Deville, Sedan Deville, CC (C, D, Z) 8-3/4 diameter ring gear (P-M type).

Chevrolet 1967 – 1969 Camaro,

Chevrolet 1970 – 1975 All,

Chevrolet 1976 – 1977 Malibu, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Impala, Caprice (A, B) with 8.875 diameter ring gear (right rear axle shaft),

Chevrolet 1978 – 1981 Impala, Caprice (B) with 8.875″ ring gear (right rear axle shaft).
