This new old stock transmission direct clutch plate was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1969 – 1975 with TH 350, 375B – forward and direct.

Chevrolet 1969 – 1975 with TH 350,

Chevrolet 1976 – 1980 with M33, M38.

Chevrolet Pickup 1969 – 1972 All, Blazer with TH 350,

Chevrolet Pickup 1973 – 1978 All, Blazer, Jimmy with TH 350.

Oldsmobile 1969 – 1971 with TH 350,

Oldsmobile 1972 F85 with TH 350,

Oldsmobile 1973 – 1974  X, A with TH 350,

Oldsmobile 1975 L6, V6, 260 engine with TH 350,

Oldsmobile 1975 350 engine with TH 350.

Pontiac 1980 All MV4, MX2 – FWD/Dir Clutch – 8641121,

Pontiac 1983 Parisienne, Safari (B) MX2 – FWD/Dir Clutch – 8641121,

Pontiac 1984 Parisienne, Safari (B) MV4 – Dir Clutch – 8641121.
