This new old stock heater motor blower switch was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1975 (A) All without A/C (heater switch),

Buick 1975 (A, B, E) All with manual A/C,

Buick 1976 – 1977 (A) without A/C,

Buick 1977 (A) with A/C (C60),

Chevrolet 1971 – 1976 Impala, Caprice (B) with A/C except ATC,

Chevrolet Truck 1974 G, C, K 1, 2, 3 Blazer, Jimmy with heavy duty heater and defroster,

Chevrolet Truck 1976 – 1977 G-1, 2, 3 with CAC,

Pontiac 1971 – 1975 Catalina, Bonneville, Grandville with A/C except ATC,

Pontiac 1973 – 1975 LeMans, Grand AM, Grand Prix with A/C except ATC,

Pontiac 1976 Firebird (F) without A/C (2nd design),

Pontiac 1977  LeMans, Grand Prix (A, G) Heater Switch without A/C  (used on Grand Prix style instrument panel).
