This new old stock windshield wiper control switch was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models: wipers:

Buick 1977 – 1979 Skylark except pulse wiper.

Chevrolet 1977 – 1979 Citation except  pulse wiper.

Oldsmobile 1977 – 1979 Omega except pulse  wiper.

Pontiac 1977 – 1979 Ventura except  pulse wiper.
