This new old stock passenger and driver  front seat adjust motor to drive transmission coupling was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1979 – 1981 Electra, Riviera,

Buick 1980 – 1981 Century, Estate Wagon, LeSabre, Regal.

Buick 1982 LeSabre (B) with 6-way, AM6,

Buick 1982 Electra (C) with 6-way, AM6, AV7,

Buick 1982 Regal (G) with 6-way, AM6, AS7,  

Buick 1982 Skylark (X) with 6-way, A51.

Cadillac 1979 – 1980 Deville, Fleetwood Limousine, Eldorado, Seville  (CD, D, E, K) with 6-way seat – 1979 – 1980 (E) Biarritz type 1.

Chevrolet 1980 – 1981 Malibu, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Impala, Caprice (A, B) with 6-way seat,

Chevrolet 1981 Citation (X) with 6-way seat.
