This new old stock  flasher module was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1993 Park Avenue (C) Tail and Signal Lamp(T89) Export, Signal & Marker Lamp(T90),

Chevrolet 1992 – 1993  Caprice (B) Turn signal and Marker Lamp(T90) Export,

Pontiac 1993 – 1997 Firebird (F) with T90 export signal & marker lamp option,

Pontiac 1992 Bonneville (H) with T89 export tail and stop lamp option or T90,

Pontiac 1992 – 1993 Trans Sport with T89 or T90,

Pontiac 1991 – 1993 Grand Prix (W) with UD4 export 120kph alarm, UDX export exhaust temperature alarm or T90.

Used on all GM divisions except Cadillac
