This new old stock engine camshaft timing gear was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

GMC Truck 1955 – 1959 (S, T,  X, Y) with 426, 503 engine,

GMC Truck 1939 – 1955 with 361 – 503 engine – cannot verify

Replaces 2192391    Use with 2136136 crankshaft gear
