This new old stock double reduction rear axle shift sleeve was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Truck 1955-1959 Series 4 with 2-speed differential,

Chevrolet Truck 1955-1959 Series 5, 6, 7, 8 with 2-speed differential except H.D.,

Chevrolet Truck  1960-1961 Series 60 with 2-speed differential except H.D.,

Chevrolet Truck  1960-1961 Series 70, SBC with 2-speed differential except H.D.,

Chevrolet Truck  1960-1965 Series 50-60 with 15,000-17,000 lb. axle,

Chevrolet Truck  1965 Series 50 4-cylinder Diesel with 15,000 lb. 2-speed axle with electric shift.

GMC Truck  1955-1964  (F, G, J, N, S, T, X, Y) with 2-speed differential
