This new old stock 4WD transfer case rear output shaft bearing cap shim was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1960 – 1969 All with 3-speed and 4WD – also idler shaft front and rear bearing cap,

Chevrolet Pickup 1969 All with T.H. and 4WD – also idler shaft front and rear bearing cap.
