This new old stock four wheel drive transfer case rear output shaft was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1960 – 1969 All 4WD with 4-speed,

Chevrolet Pickup 1960 – 1969 All 4WD with 3-speed except Blazer,

GMC Pickup 1960 – 1964 (F, G, J, N)  K10, K15 with 4WD.
