This new old stock front wheel hub grease cap was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Truck 1969 Series 50 (SBC) with 253-1/2″ wheelbase,

Chevrolet Truck 1969 Series 60 with 9000 lb axle,

Chevrolet Truck 1970 Series 40 thru 50 with 5000 lb axle,
