This new old stock transfer case to rear axle shaft drive shaft  was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1967  Series 20 4WD,

Chevrolet 1968  Series 20 4WD with 8-cylinder.

Drive shaft length is 40″     Replaced by 3907990 0n 4/67
