Chevrolet Truck 1964 – 1965 Series 60 with 17,000 lb 2 speed axle except TDM, SBC,

Chevrolet Truck 1964 – 1965 Series 80 TDM (rear axle) except 34,000 lb axle.

GM Truck 1965 60-960 with 17000 lb 7.17/9.97, 6.5/9.04 (2 speed axle) M80, M980, W80, W980, with 30,000 lb axle,

GM Truck 1966 Diesels with 17,000 lb axle TDM with 30,000 lb axle,

GM Truck 1967 – 1974 30,000 lb axle (used on rear unit on TDM/TIM HM903249 – HM903210),

GM Truck 1988 R2 with 10.50″ diameter ring gear (2nd design),

GM Truck 1988 R3 with 10.50″ diameter ring gear except Dana (2nd design),

GM Truck 1989 – 1991 R2 with 10.50″ diameter ring gear.
