This new old stock brake shoe adjust lever return spring  was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1965-1967 Series 20 with leaf type springs except 4WD, 

Chevrolet Pickup 1965-1970 Series 20 with Dana axle,

GMC Pickup  F  1500, K1500 with Spicer 60 rear axle – rear
