This new old stock instrument panel  ammeter gauge was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1967-1970 Series Series 10-20-30 except Dubi-Duti,

Chevrolet Pickup 1971-1972  Series Series 10 thru 30 2 & 4 WD with tackometer and gauges,

Chevrolet Truck 1967-1968 Series 40-60 some models (needs work)
