This new old stock front wheel locking hub, locking cam spring was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup  1969-1970 Series 20 with 4WD ( Used with red plastic actuator knob),

Chevrolet Pickup  1973-1976 Series 20 4WD,

Chevrolet Pickup  1977 Series 20 4WD- 1st design
