This new old stock windshield wiper & washer switch, with dimmer switch pivotwas manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

 Chevrolet Pickup 1984-86 CK-1,2,3 pickups, Suburban & Blazer,

Chevrolet Pickup 1987-1989 RV-1,2,3 pickups, Suburban & Blazer,

Chevrolet Pickup 1982 G-1,2,3 Vans with automatic transmission.

All listed applications are with N33 tilt steering column except CD4 pulse windshield wipers. Also fits GMC.
