This new old stock secondary air injection bypass hose valve hose adapter was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1988-1991 CK-1,2,3 pickups with 4.3Z, 5.0H or 5.7K engines,

Chevrolet Pickup 1992-1993 CK-1,2 pickups, Suburban & Blazer with 4.3Z or 5.7K engines & K19 air injection reactor system,

Chevrolet Pickup 1989-1990 V-1 pickups, Suburban & Blazer with 5.7K engine
