1961 Oldsmobile NOS Left Hand Front Fender Ornament GM # 581715

This early dealership takeoff left hand front fender ornament was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Oldsmobile 1961 Starfire

This ornament has had the nuts threaded on the attaching pins but has no shelf wear that I can see  and is as nice as NOS less all the black primer?  paint.
