This new old stock passenger bucket seat reclining back actuator was  manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Oldsmobile 1974 – 1976 Cutlass Supreme Hardtop Sedan, Cutlass Salon Hardtop Sedan and Coupe (AJ29-57) with European Reclining Bucket Seats.

Mounts on cushion frame – Control handle mounts to it.
