This new old stock exhaust muffler hanger,  exhaust pipe hanger clamp (W37)  was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Pontiac  1990 (W) Grand Prix with Dual Chrome Exhaust (NC5),

Pontiac  1991-1992 (W) Grand Prix with 3.1T (LHO) and Dual Chrome Exhaust (NC5) 

Pontiac  1991-1992 (W) Grand Prix with 3.4X (LQ1) and Dual Chrome Exhaust (NC5) 

Pontiac  1993 (W) Grand Prix with Dual Chrome Exhaust (NC5)

2.098 inside diameter  with part number stamped on part, part of W37 package
