This new old stock air conditioning blower motor resistor was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Pontiac 1969-1970 (P/8-GP/8) Catalina Executive, Bonniville,  Grand Prix  with Automatic Temperature Control A/C except with rear window defogger, 

Pontiac 1971 -1972  Grand Prix with Automatic Temperature Control A/C
