This new old stock door lock switch and escutcheon clip was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Pontiac 1982 – 1987 Grand Prix (some models) (G37) Electric Door Lock (AU3) use with switch 20734311 and 20704901,

Pontiac 1983 Parisienne, Safari (some models) (BT69) Electric Door Lock (AU3) use with switch 20734311 and 20704901,

Pontiac 1985 – 1988 Parisienne, Safari (B) Electric Door Lock (AU3) Electric Window (A31) use with switch 20734311 and 20704901.
