This new old stock backup lamp switch was manufactured by General Motors for use on all the following models:

Buick 1964 – 1966 Special-Skylark CT 3-speed except Grand Sport.

Chevrolet 1958 – 1964 Passenger except with automatic transmission, 4 speed,

Chevrolet 1962 – 1966 with column shift except AT, 4 speed.

Chevrolet 1960 – 1961 PU, SGL. Unit, D-D except AT, 4 speed,

Chevrolet 1960 Series 10 thru 30 PU, SGL. Unit, Van,

Chevrolet 1960 – 1962 Pickup, SGL, Van,

Chevrolet 1962 – 1967 PU, SGL. Unit, except AT, 4 speed,

Chevrolet 1968 – 1970 Series 10-20 except AT 4 speed D-D,

Chevrolet 1971 – 1972 PU Series 10-20 with 3 speed except D-D.

GMC Truck 1961 – 1962 (J) Pickup, Panel, Suburban with 3 speed or A.T.

Oldsmobile 1964 F85 Standard Transmission column shift,

Oldsmobile 1965 – 1966 Standard Transmission column shift except 3 speed Heavy Duty or 4 speed.

Pontiac 1964 – 1966 T/6-T/8 with 3 speed manual transmission with column shift,
