This new old stock windshield wiper switch was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1964 – 1965  with single speed wiper w/washer -Special, Special Deluxe, Skylark ,Le Sabre except Custom ( 40-41-42-43 )

Chevrolet 1964 Chevelle with single speed wiper w/washer,

Oldsmobile 1964-1965  F85 with 1 speed wiper w/washer
