This new old stock multi use / blower motor cutout relay was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Pickup 1973-1977 CK-1,2,3 pickups, Suburban & Blazer,

Chevrolet Van 1973-75 G-1,2,3 Vans with air conditioner.

Also fits GMC.
