This new old stock header map lamp  was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1973-1975 All A Century, Regal except sun roof,

Buick 1976-1979 Century, Regal with map lamp on sun visor support,

Buick 1980  AH87, AJ with map lamp on sun visor support except sun roof,

Buick 1980  AH35, AH69 with map lamp on sun visor support,

Buick 1980  X with map lamp on sun visor support,

Chevrolet 1973 – 1975 Chevelle except sun roof,

Chevrolet 1976-1977 A with map lamp on sun visor support

Replaced 9655464 , 9655466, 9655468, 9655470, 9655472, 9655474, 9655476 on 03/73,

Replaced  by  981911 on 10/74
