This new old stock engine water outlet was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:
Oldsmobile 1939 – 1948 All except 1937 with 8-cylinder ( # 555794 outlet uses the same gasket & thermostat and has the same inside diameter of the radiator hose so it will work as a replacement)
Oldsmobile 1949 – 1950 with 6/cylinder.
