This new old stock Rim Blow Steering Wheel was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models with tilt and telescoping steering wheel:

Oldsmobile  1968 Oldsmobile Toronado, Delta, 88, 98, Vista Cruiser All with Tilt and Telescoping wheel except F85, Cutlass, 442,

This steering wheel is Teal with woodgrain stripe, 3 spoke rim horn blow
